About Our Office
Our Mission
At the office of Dr. Marfori, we ensure that our patients receive the most advanced pediatric dental care available. Our mission is to guide each child, including those with special needs, on the path to achieve optimal dental health. We provide comprehensive dentistry for children, including preventive care and restorative treatment. We evaluate dental growth and development from infancy through the teen years. At every visit, we strive to deliver first-class, personalized service with empathy and understanding.
Office Hours
We are happy to serve you and your child's dental needs during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We are closed from 12 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. for lunch.
Friday: by appointment
Appointments
We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.
A parent or guardian must attend each child's appointment in case of emergency. If someone other than a parent or guardian will be accompanying your child to an appointment, please sign a permission form.
We value your time and strive to stay on schedule. Please extend this same courtesy to us by arriving on time for appointments. We request a 48-hour notice (2 business days) if you need to cancel or reschedule your child's appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients. Continued broken confirmed appointments may result in an additional charge of $50 per preventive visit, $100 per restorative visit. Note: Insurance does not pay this fee.
Financial/Insurance
We strive to provide affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Affordable Financing Options
We are pleased to offer CareCredit financing to help make treatment more affordable. This flexible payment option allows you to pay for your child's treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping their smile healthy.
Insurance Policy
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. The estimated patient portion, including deductibles, co-payments, or any service not covered by insurance, must be paid at the time of treatment. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental Premier & PPO.
As a courtesy, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
